The Board of Directors of the Lower McKay Creek Water Control District will hold a special meeting August 26, 2026, 4pm at Intermountain Education Service District offices located 2001 SW Nye Av, Pendleton, OR. The purchase of this meeting will be to discuss a Memorandum of Understanding involving with what is commonly referred to as McKay Creek Partnership.
